Pasta, crackers and bread oh my!

Crackers, pastas and breads are usually highly processed made with refined flours and added sugars that can feed candida. These gluten free brands use whole food ingredients that are less inflammatory, more nutrient dense, and lower on the glycemic index. We tried to stay away from all flours during the initial healing process so some of these products would be better for stage 2.
Breads:
PACHA buckwheat sourdough bread and tortillas
Egglife egg white wraps
Coconut wraps-many brands such as Nuco and Thrive Market
Simple Kneads sourdough (millet flour so better for stage 2)
Bread Srsly sourdough sandwich rolls (millet flour so better for stage 2)

Pasta:
Miracle Noodle egg white noodles
Sea Tangle kelp noodles
Spaghetti squash as pasta
Zucchini noodles-use a spiralizing tool or mandolin
Jovial cassava pasta (cassava flour so better for stage 2)

Crackers:
Top Seedz
The Organic Pantry Co. flaxseed crackers
Vegetable snacks such as celery sticks or carrots to replace traditional crackers
Better With Buckwheat Maine Crisp Olive & Za'atar (has buckwheat flour so better for stage 2)
